What is Latitud360?

Latitud360 is the B2C online store of TCN Distributors, a Mid-Atlantic-based distributor serving the Hispanic and immigrant communities since 1998. We ship nationwide via USPS — health, personal care, snacks, beverages, top-ups and Panini collectibles.

Where are you located?

Our warehouse and offices are in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region, but we ship to all 50 states via USPS.

Are your products authentic?

Yes — 100%. Every product comes from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We never sell counterfeits or grey-market goods.

Do you have a physical store?

Latitud360 is online-only. Our parent company TCN Distributors operates a wholesale warehouse for retailers — visit tcndistributors.com for B2B.

Delivery times, costs and tracking.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all orders over $95 USD ship free nationwide via USPS. Below that threshold, USPS shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and ZIP.

How long does delivery take?

Standard USPS delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 12 pm ET on weekdays ship the same day; others ship the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive an email with a USPS tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track from your account dashboard.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not at this time. We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, but international shipping is not available.

Hassle-free, 30 days, no questions asked.

How long do I have to return an item?

30 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Sealed health, beauty and food products must remain unopened.

How do I start a return?

Email latitud360@tcndistributors.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The credit appears on your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Secure checkout with the cards you trust.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All transactions are processed securely through Authorize.Net.

Is my payment info safe?

Yes. We use Authorize.Net, a leading and PCI-compliant payment gateway, plus industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card number on our servers.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not at this time. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Authorize.Net.

Managing your account, orders and addresses.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and reorder favorites faster.

I forgot my password.

Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page. We'll email a reset link within minutes. Check your spam if you don't see it.

How do I update my address?

Sign in → My Account → Addresses → Edit. Changes apply to future orders only.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes — wholesale is handled by our parent company TCN Distributors. Visit tcndistributors.com to apply for a wholesale account.

What is the minimum order for wholesale?

Minimums vary by category. Once your wholesale account is approved, you'll see your pricing tier and minimums in the portal.

Can retailers use Latitud360?

Latitud360 is for retail (consumer) purchases. For B2B / wholesale, please use TCN Distributors instead.
